One for the road

One of my favorite things to have for an event, be it a fundraiser or a wedding, is to have a last surprise on the way out.  A little something to eat on the way home.  I've had burger stands serving cheeseburgers, fries and shakes for guests leaving a 50s themed party, a falafel stand outside a middle eastern couple's wedding, crepe stand outside a Parisian themed event.  The possibilities are endless and it's a great way to support small local businesses as well as give the guests something to talk about on their way home!  There are tons of food trucks to choose from in Philadelphia, too.  From soul food to cheesesteaks, to water ice, whatever your fancy, there is a truck you can park outside your next big event and make the night something to remember!
